The agreement

These terms are between you and Palma Labs LLC only. They cover palmalabs.ai and the programs Palma Labs itself runs: its community events, AI education, and sponsor, speaker, and co-host conversations.

A separate written agreement with Palma Labs, including an email from us that confirms a sponsorship or a paid course, controls if it conflicts with these terms on that subject. Event registration and any ticket payment happen on Luma, and Luma's terms apply to that registration. Luma's terms do not make any other company a party to this agreement.

Palma Labs only

These terms protect Palma Labs LLC, and they bind only you and Palma Labs LLC. SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, and Cursor (Anysphere) are not parties. They are not partners, agents, joint venturers, or sponsors of Palma Labs under this agreement. They do not operate palmalabs.ai. These terms do not give them any rights, do not limit their liability, and do not make Palma Labs responsible for them.

Ben Milshtein, founder of Palma Labs, is a SpaceXAI Ambassador in his personal capacity. That role belongs to Ben, not to Palma Labs. It does not make Palma Labs part of SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor. Palma Labs does not speak for those companies, and those companies do not speak for Palma Labs.

"SpaceXAI Miami, formerly Cursor Miami" is the name of a community program Palma Labs runs on its own. The name is not a statement that SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor owns, operates, sponsors, or endorses the program or this website.

Their names and marks belong to them. Showing a name or mark on this site, or mentioning one of their tools in a lesson, does not create an affiliation, a license, or an endorsement.

The site

The site is information about Palma Labs and its programs. There is no user account. We may change, pause, or remove pages, forms, and features at any time. Community counts and event details can change. Live figures come from Luma. If that feed is unavailable, the page shows a saved snapshot, which may be older.

Early access

The education form is a request to hear about a course that is still being designed. Format, dates, duration, and price are not set. Joining the list does not reserve a seat, does not start a payment, and does not promise that a course will open or that you will be in it. We send one email when enrollment details are ready. We can close the list or decline a signup.

Events

Palma Labs is the host of its own events. A guest from another company, including SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor, does not make that company a host, a sponsor, or a party to these terms.

In-person events carry ordinary risks: the venue, other people, travel, and your own equipment. You attend at your own risk. To the extent Florida law allows, Palma Labs is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or stolen or damaged property, except where it was caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We can refuse entry, ask you to leave, cancel, or reschedule an event. If an event uses its own sign-in sheet or waiver, that document applies too. If an event has a paid ticket, the refund terms on that event's Luma page control. This site does not set a separate refund policy.

Photos

Palma Labs photographs events it hosts and may post those photos on palmalabs.ai and on accounts Palma Labs operates. We do not post them for SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor, and those companies do not control the photos. You can tell the host at the event if you do not want to be photographed, and we will try to keep you out of the frame. If a photo of you is already on our site and you want it down, email info@palmalabs.ai and we will remove it from palmalabs.ai.

Sponsors and partners

Sending the inquiry form is not a contract. It does not reserve a sponsorship, a speaking slot, or a co-host role, and it does not promise an audience size, a perk, or a price. Nothing on this site is an offer of sponsorship tiers. A sponsorship or co-host arrangement exists only when that person or company and Palma Labs LLC both confirm it in writing. Email is enough for that confirmation. That writing is with Palma Labs only. It does not bring in SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor.

Education

Talks, workshops, and courses are Palma Labs education. They are not legal advice, not a security audit, and not a promise of a job, a skill level, or a business result. You are responsible for how you use what you learn, including how you use AI tools and how you handle data in your own work.

A lesson may mention or use a tool made by another company. The lesson is still a Palma Labs lesson. The company that makes the tool is not teaching it, is not a party to these terms, and is not responsible for it.

Conduct

At events and in other spaces we host, we can ask you to leave for harassment, threats, disruption, or conduct that puts other people at risk. We can also refuse a later registration for that reason. This is so the room stays usable for everyone who showed up to learn and build.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you will not:

  • break the law, or ask us to
  • submit someone else's personal information without their permission
  • send malware, or probe, scan, or overload the site or the forms
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades it
  • copy the site or the Palma Labs wordmark to pass off your own product or event
  • post or send unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material through a form

We can block a submission, an address, or access to the site when we believe this section was broken.

Security reports

If you find a security problem on palmalabs.ai, email info@palmalabs.ai. Describe the issue and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish it. Do not access data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the site, while you report it. We do not run a paid bounty from this page.

Intellectual property

The site, the Palma Labs name, and the Palma Labs wordmark belong to Palma Labs LLC. Event photos on the site are ours or used with permission. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the wordmark, the page design, or our photos for your own commercial use without written permission.

Names and marks of SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, and Cursor (Anysphere) belong to those companies. These terms do not grant any right in those marks. Palma Labs does not claim those companies have approved this site or these terms.

If you believe something on this site infringes a copyright you own, email info@palmalabs.ai with the page address, a description of the work, and a way to reach you. We will review it and, where the claim holds, take the material down.

What you send us

You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to send it. You let us store it and use it to reply and to run the program you wrote about. We will not publish your inquiry. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The site and the programs are provided as available. To the extent Florida law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some states do not allow these disclaimers, and in those states they apply only as far as the law permits.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Palma Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. The same limit applies to Ben Milshtein on a claim that arises from his running Palma Labs.

Palma Labs LLC's total liability for a claim related to the site or a Palma Labs program is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Palma Labs for that program in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars. This limit does not apply to liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

These limits protect Palma Labs only. They do not protect SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, Cursor, or Anysphere, and they do not make Palma Labs liable for anything those companies do.

Your responsibility for claims

If your misuse of the site, information you submitted without the right to submit it, or your conduct at a Palma Labs event leads to a claim against Palma Labs LLC, or against Ben Milshtein for his running of Palma Labs, you will cover the reasonable damages, costs, and attorney fees that result from that claim. This does not shift onto you a claim that comes from our own gross negligence or intentional misconduct. This section does not cover a claim against SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, Cursor, or Anysphere.

Florida law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida are the venue for a dispute with Palma Labs, and that those courts have personal jurisdiction over you for that dispute. If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Waiting to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms. Palma Labs may assign them to a successor of Palma Labs.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Using the site after that date means you accept the update. For an event you already registered for, the terms posted when you registered apply to that event unless we email you a change.
