Who we are

Palma Labs LLC ("Palma Labs", "we") is a company in Miami, Florida. Ben Milshtein is the founder. This site is palmalabs.ai. This policy is Palma Labs' policy. It describes information Palma Labs collects for itself.

SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, and Cursor (Anysphere) are not covered by this policy. They do not receive your form submissions from us, and they are not responsible for this site.

Ben Milshtein is a SpaceXAI Ambassador in his personal capacity. That role belongs to Ben, not to Palma Labs. Palma Labs is an independent company and is not affiliated with SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor (Anysphere).

"SpaceXAI Miami, formerly Cursor Miami" is the name of a community program Palma Labs runs on its own. The name does not mean those companies operate the program or this website.

What you send us

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it.

• Early access. Name, email, and AI experience level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, or daily). We use this to email you once when course enrollment details are ready. It does not sign you up for a newsletter. There is no newsletter yet.
• Sponsor and partner inquiries. Name and email are required. Company, title, and a note about what you have in mind are optional. We use this to reply about that inquiry. The form does not ask for a budget.
• Email. If you write to info@palmalabs.ai, we keep that message so we can answer it and follow through.

Please do not send us someone else's personal information, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers. We do not ask for those on this site. Event tickets, if an event charges for them, are handled by Luma, not by a payment form here.

What is collected automatically

• Theme. If you pick light or dark, this browser saves that choice under the name pl-theme. It stays on your device. We do not receive it. You can clear it on the privacy settings page.
• Form abuse limits. When you submit a form, the server briefly uses your IP address to slow repeated submissions. That address is not saved with your form entry.
• Hosting logs. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps ordinary server logs. Those can include IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. We use logs to keep the site up and to look into abuse. We do not use them to build a marketing profile.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when that file is requested. See Google's privacy policy.
• No ad tracking. This site does not run advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or our own analytics product.

Event photos

Palma Labs photographs events it hosts and may post those photos on palmalabs.ai and on accounts Palma Labs operates. We do not post them for SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor. A photo can show people who attended. If you are in a photo and want it taken off our site, email info@palmalabs.ai and tell us which one. We will remove it from palmalabs.ai. We cannot pull it back from someone else's camera or from a post we do not control.

How we use it

We use what you send to run the thing you asked about: a reply to an inquiry, one email about course enrollment, event operations, and photos of events we host. We also use it to keep the site working, stop abuse, and meet a legal duty if one applies.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send a marketing drip from the early access list. We do not pass your form submissions to SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor.

Who else handles it

These companies process information for us. They are not allowed to use your form submission for their own marketing.

• Supabase stores form submissions. This is our system of record. Supabase privacy policy.
• Airtable may receive a copy of the same submission when that mirror is turned on. Airtable privacy policy.
• Resend may deliver a partner inquiry to our inbox at info@palmalabs.ai when email notification is turned on. Early access signups are not sent through Resend. Resend privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the logs described above. Vercel privacy notice.
• Google serves the font files. Google privacy policy.
• Luma runs event registration and, when an event is on the calendar, the calendar embed on this site. Registering, and using the embed, is between you and Luma. We show public counts from our calendar, such as follower and event totals. Those are numbers. The member list stays with Luma. Luma privacy policy.

The companies in that list are vendors Palma Labs uses to run its own site. SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, and Cursor (Anysphere) are not on that list. We do not send them your name, email, or messages.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer of Palma Labs if Palma Labs is sold, under the same limits in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep a form submission until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the course list, the inquiry, event operations, or a legal claim. We do not keep a fixed deletion schedule beyond that. Hosting logs follow Vercel's own retention. The theme choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your requests

Email info@palmalabs.ai from the address you used, and say what you want:

• a copy of what we have for that email
• a correction to your name or experience level
• deletion of an early access signup or a partner inquiry
• a photo taken off the site

There is no account on this site, so we match the request to the email on the submission. Palma Labs handles the request. We do not forward it to SpaceX, SpaceXAI, xAI, or Cursor. We may refuse a request that we cannot verify, or keep information we need for a legal claim or that the law tells us to keep. The privacy settings page is where you clear the theme saved on this device and start a request.

Children

palmalabs.ai and Palma Labs programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent and believe we have, email info@palmalabs.ai and we will delete it.

Security

Form submissions go to our server and are stored with access limited to a server-side key. The database is not open to the public site key. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure. If we learn that personal information we hold was accessed without authorization, we will tell the people affected and say what we know.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you at the address you gave us before we make that change.
