How we teach
Build with AI. Learn how to use it safely.
Bring an idea or a task you want to improve. Learn to build with AI while checking what data you share, what access an agent has, and whether the result works. Security is part of the work from the start.
- The newest tools, taught early. Cursor, agents, Grok and whatever ships next. We teach what we build with at our own hackathons, while it is still new.
- Security built into every lesson. Prompt injection, data leakage, secrets handling, access control and safe agent permissions are part of the curriculum, not a footnote.
- Professional practices, plain language. The habits security teams use to protect company systems, explained so a first-time builder can apply them to their own project.
- Taught live first. So far this teaching has happened in the room, at Build Day, the hackathons and the meetups above. The course brings the same material to a small cohort.

Why I keep bringing people together
I didn't start with a technical background. People helped me get here, and I want more people to have that opportunity.
This community gives us a place to ask questions, try things, share what isn't working, and build with someone we haven't met before. I'm still learning too.

Palma Labs is building its first course. Here is what is confirmed so far and what is still being worked out, so you know what you are signing up for.

- Who it is forEvery level. The signup asks for your experience so the first cohort can be grouped well.
- Cohort sizeSmall on purpose. The first cohort is capped.
- Still being setFormat, dates, duration and price. We publish them here first and email everyone on the early access list.
- After you sign upOne email from Ben when enrollment details are ready. No newsletter, no marketing drip. Reply to that email with questions.
